Site downtime
Hi folks,
Apologies for the site downtime over the last few days. I had to move our domain over to a new domain provider - but the old provider became somewhat confused and I was unable to edit any of the DNS entries for reloadonline.com.
If you are reading this, then everything is back to normal again.
Many thanks also to Ian K for allowing us to take ownership of the reloadonline.com domain and for his work on the original site. I will endeavour to give it a lick of paint one day...

Re: Site downtime
Holy shit man, you had me worried there for a minute.
After your last post detailing this place was heading south if someone couldn't contact Ian. K, I thought it was toast for here.
Anyway, all is well with the world again, and thanks to you both for this place.

Hey Ben, I'd be up for helping out with the lick of paint, if you need any that is of course.

I never say no to offers of help. Let me know if you have any ideas on how to make this place fit for the 21st century... whatever we do needs to be group-maintainable - perhaps convert the releases/images pages into a reload-branded wiki or somesuch... nice and lightweight.discotechnological wrote:Hey Ben, I'd be up for helping out with the lick of paint, if you need any that is of course.

Re: Site downtime
Not had too much experience with wikis, but I know how to make wordpress themes. Maybe we could adapt one to suit the needs of the site. If everyone has a login, then we can all edit the posts, and the tagging system can be used to automatically organise the site if it's done right. Mark and Tom could even have logins if they liked!
Are you planning on bringing it all up to date? Current releases, latest news etc.? Cos that would work really well in a blog format - wordpress does all the rss feeds too.
