Sorry Mr. Walker, but Hayhook was right on this one.
The Biosphere[GC Remix] - Reload is my all time fave from those GC people too. The reason; well, let's just say that two people sat down one day, knew exactly what they wanted to write, knew how to do it, and pulled the best 'electronic' piece of music out of nowhere that ever was.
It's just one of the most gentle, glorious, right-up-my-alley pices of music, I could have ever hoped to hear whilst on this planet.

Thanks guys.

But where did the sample come from? The one with the guy talking about "awareness, enlightenment, to which something else is lost".

I've always wondered about this.

wow, this is a really tough one, obviously. I think the boys outdid themselves on the Lamb remix so I'm going with Gorecki. As much as I love the Palmskin Productions and Chapterhouse mixes, the Gorecki version was ten minutes of blissful perfection. I'd also like to make an honorable mention to the mixes they did for Beloved and their "Sun Rising" track. I've always thought that these were some of their best remixes without a doubt.

yeah i was gonna put them on here, but since they weren't "collaborative" it opened the whole cosmos/harmonic 33/modwheel/etc can of worms that makes another 30 tracks to choose from...

well i cast my vote for the blissfull "jazz carnival" remix
i think its a perfect example of how to keep it simple still makin it sound HUGE
its a GREAT FNACKIN house track, and it just builds and builds and builds and...........you get my point :D

this is the way house should be be made :D

but saying this...if i had voted another time i might have picked a different track
its impossible to choose just one and stick with it....thy are ALL great :D
peace & respect

I've gone for Gamma Phase, as I reckon it's the best track on P.M. and I also love the bassline and the whole feel of the track. So there!

This really isn't fair...
but, as i've not been going out much recently and have been doing more "sitting down activities" i've had to go for Asperin. But lets face it, it could have been any of them.
actually, isn't it great being a GC fan? Thank god we're not voting for Kate Mellua (or however she spells it...)

Has to be The Biosphere for the 303 riff alone.
Is the link one the same version that's on either Trance Europe Express or Artificial Intelligence II?

Wow, I didn't realise they'd done so many remixes. The Grid remix on Remotion is outstanding, as is the track after it [pops downstairs to check]... which is Chapterhouse's Epsilon Phase. And the GC remix of Arcadian is flawless. Oh yeah, and the Slowdive remix is very good. Damn, this is difficult. If I was voting with my heart, I would say Arcadian, because I loved it for so many years. But, right now, I'd say Epsilon Phase. Or - hang on - is the remix of Chameleon: Links on the list? Oh, I give up...

I have now seen the results and, as I don't know the GC remix of the Biosphere, I'm clearly going to have to go and find it quickly. Wonder how much the Auto Reload EP2 changes hands for on Amazon?!?
