There's a remix of a track called 'Civil War Coprrespondent' which turned up on a single called 'That Was My Veil'.
Of course, this just goes to show how much we need the discography bit of this website to work again!
Actually, being a bit of a sad git, i made myself 2 compilations of GC remixes and stuff, laughingly called Remotion 2 and 3, but always harboured the nagging doubt that there were other ones i missed... So, in a spirit of goodwill and sharing here's the running order.

'2'
GC: Sublime Creation
Link: Arcadian
GC: Incidental Harmony
Soft Ballet: Ride
Jon Anderson: Bless This
Reload: The Biosphere
PJ Harvey: Civil War Correspondent
Sensorama: Asperin

'3'
The Beloved: The Sun Rising (Tom's mix)
Azymouth: Space Jazz Carnival
Palmskin Productions: Evolution Of The Beast pt1
Palmskin Productions: Evolution Of The Beast pt2
Stereo: Stereo People
Lamb: Gorecki
The Beloved: The Sun Rising (Mark's mix)

Now, i can't believe i'm the only only who's done this! So...

How did you do it? What have i missed...?

are we including remixes by other aliases?
here's my list of mixes missing from remotion
(and why was le soleil et la mer on remotion in the first place? it's not a remix and not by global communication... just wondering)

on[reload mix] - aphex twin
natural high [chaos & julia set mix] - warp 69
crazy dream [reload mix] - nav katze
free to be me [chameleon mix] - ear candy
slid [hypogasmix] - fluke

and a jedi's remix album

home [jedi drowning in time mix] - depeche mode
absorber [jedi mix 1] - bomb the bass
absorber [jedi mix 2] - bomb the bass
disco magic [secret ingredients] - jedi's
the flow [jedi mix] - model 500
antacid [jedi mix] - link and e621
jumbo [jedi sugar hit mix] - underworld
jumbo [jedi other mix] - underworld
(sorry i'm missing actual mix "names")

there are probably too many cosmos and modwheel mixes to compile on even a 3 cd set
(plus they all weigh in at at least 10 min a pop which makes compiling difficult as well)

and some bonus tracks:
know my name [mark p mix] - nightmares on wax
know my name [harmonic 33 mix] - nightmares on wax
summer in space [harmonic 33 mix] - cosmos
unplugged [chaos & julia set mix] - apaloosa
once more [mark p mix] - orb
once more [steam roller mix] - orb

mixes of gc by others:
the biosphere [µ-Ziq mix]
le soleil et la mer [black dog productions mix]
maiden voyage [grid mix]
maiden voyage [brook mix]
maiden voyage [spiritualized mix]
7'39 [link & E621 appliance of science mix]

what else am I missing?

...just off the top of the head :) :-

Slowdive - In Mind 'Reload Remix' (The 147 Take)
Nav Katze - Crazy Dream (Retro 313 Future Memory Mix) Remixed by Reload (my all time fave r'mx by these two)

There's a few more, but I'm too slow right now.

free to be me [chameleon mix] - ear candy
Dont think we did this one,

The stereo - stereo people rmx wasnt a gc rmx it was done by myself with kirsty hawkshaw doing the vocals, the label put global communication rmx which pissed me off at the time.

I dont know why le soleil et la mer ever got called a global rmx on remotion,
i remember being against the idea at the time as it was confusing.

good to know.
i saw on your troubleman cd the correction on the stereo people track and was wondering the history of that.

yeah, the ear candy track didn't seem like one of yours, but i thought it may have been an old hands in the air ny connection era thing?

will have to write to discogs.com and get that taken off the list...

cheers mark

The remix of 7'39 is a bit confusing, even by Tom n Mark's usual high standards! It was (i believe) originally released as "Link and E621 Appliance Of Science Mix", before seeing light of day as the less-interestingly-monickered "Jedi Knights Mix" (lovely green vinyl though) then it metamorphosed into "Science Friction" on the New School Science album.
So, you may well have heard it already, which is pretty much what i said to myself after shelling out a fair amount on Ebay for it (still, as i said, lovely green vinyl...)
Yeah, i got suckered by the Stereo People mix (sorry Mark); do beware Discogs; a lot of what they call GC mixes are Tom's (usually credited as mixed by TM of GC, or something - eg. the Fluke Slid remix)
Other than that, the only couple of collaborative mixes i can think of that you missed are the Jedi's mix of Leftfield 'Africa Shocks" and (a personal fave of mine) Reload's mix of Schaft's "Visual Cortex"; stunning!
Oh, and btw the 2 mixes of Absorber appear to have been re-issued on vinyl by Premier Toons (Vol.17); i guess it's a booty, but saves you having to spend shitloads on the original...

..... which reminds me that at a financial low ebb in the mid-90s, I sold the limited edition of same CD with the Blue Day singles compilation as a 2nd disc to a guy in Estonia for 50 USD. I nearly also sold him Pentamerous Metamorphosis because he was into Chapterhouse too and I was really desperate - what a lucky escape!
