Contacting Mark and Tom

I'm throwing a badass warehouse party for charity on Sat 5 March at a really plush mystery venue in E.London.

I'd love to approach Mark, Tom (or both!) to play, though I'm not sure how to contact them.

I know Tom, at least, does this kinda thing- I played before him at the Milkshake thang at Cargo last March.
